This wine is sourced equally from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County. Containing amazing power, color, earth notes, black currants, bacon and dry, rich tannins to the table. While preserving the Santa Barbara County fruit, this wine was grown in a cooler climate with sandier soils, keeps the wine fresh and balanced, with pretty notes of plum and cherry. 
Cheese Selection
Arethusa’s Tapping Reeve is both sharp and refined. Inspired by Colonial cheeses of the past, Tapping Reeve is aged to perfection over 2 years. The result is a unique cheese that tastes like the perfect marriage of alpine style cheeses and English Cheddar.
